TRUSTED BY BUSINESSES WORLDWIDE

Across six countries

Who We Work With

We're based in Bataan, Philippines, and work with businesses in six countries. This web design portfolio includes law firms, schools, online stores and service businesses, from local companies to firms with several offices. Each project has different priorities. A parent comparing English teachers needs different information from someone choosing a lawyer or booking a salon appointment. You'll see those differences in the pages below. Our in-house team handles design, copywriting, development and testing. You keep ownership of your website and its accounts.

Our process

From Planning to Launch

01

Understand Your Business

We ask about your customers, services and goals. Then we review your current website, available visitor data and competitors to identify what needs attention.

2

Plan the Pages

We agree on the pages you need, the information each should cover and the search terms to target. We also decide where visitors should call, book or send an enquiry.

3

Design and Build

We write the content and design the pages together, then build the website. Before launch, we check the links, forms and layouts on desktop and mobile.

4

Review and Improve

We review results each month and use them to plan improvements. Search rankings, website visits, form submissions and calls show what needs attention.

We begin with your goals, plan the content and design, then build and test your site. After launch, we review its performance.

What Your Project Includes

01

Clear Page Layouts

We plan how pages connect and create early layouts, called wireframes. You can review the order of the information and the main actions before we develop the visual design.

2

Writing for Your Customers

We explain what you offer, who it's for and how to get in touch. The content answers the questions your customers ask and fits the layout of each page.

3

Search Engine Optimization

We write page titles, organise headings and connect related pages with links. We also add structured information about your business, known as schema markup, where relevant. If a page address changes, we set up a redirect.

4

Content for Search and AI

We write clear answers to customer questions, organise your business information and check that search tools can access the content. This supports discoverability in search and AI tools, though inclusion and citations are up to each platform.

05

Speed and Core Web Vitals

We check loading speed, how quickly pages respond and whether content shifts on screen. These are part of Google's Core Web Vitals. Images are sized for the page, and we test the site on mobile before launch.

Track Visits and Enquiries

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) tracks visits and enquiries, while Search Console shows how pages perform in Google Search. We also set up call and form submission tracking so you can see how people contact you.

Page planning, writing, design, search setup, performance checks and reporting tools are all covered in the project.

Questions

Before you get in touch

What is included in a web design project?

Discovery and audit, page mapping, wireframes, visual design, copywriting, build, on-page SEO, schema markup, analytics setup and a round of post launch fixes. Photography, illustration and video are quoted separately when a project needs them. You own the site and every account attached to it.

A focused landing page runs two to three weeks. A standard business site of eight to fifteen pages usually runs six to ten weeks. Multi-location or bilingual builds like the ones in this web design portfolio take longer because every location page and every translated page needs its own copy and its own markup.

WordPress with Elementor is the usual choice, because clients want to edit their own pages without calling anyone first. Ecommerce projects run on whichever platform the catalog and the checkout call for. If you already have a platform your team knows, the sensible move is normally to keep it rather than move the whole site for the sake of moving.

Not if the migration is handled properly. Before anything goes live we record current rankings and traffic, keep URLs where we can, map redirects where we cannot, and carry across the title tags and content that are already earning positions. Rankings get watched weekly for the first month after launch so any drop is caught while it is still easy to reverse.

We write it. Copy and layout are decided in the same pass, which is why the pages in this portfolio have sections that look nothing like each other. You give us an interview, your intake team's most common questions and any claims that need legal review, and we handle the rest. If you have an in house writer, we send the page map and section briefs instead.

It depends on page count, how much of the copy is written from scratch, and whether the site needs booking, ecommerce or a second language. Every quote follows a scoping call and arrives as a fixed price with a payment plan attached, so there is no hourly meter running. Ask for a range on the call and you will get one before the call ends.

Law firms are the deepest area, particularly personal injury, employment, criminal and family practices in the United States and Canada. Beyond legal the agency works with collision centers, healthcare practices, HVAC, roofing, landscaping and plumbing companies, plus education and ecommerce brands. The industry matters less than whether the site has a clear buyer and a clear next step.
